When will I receive my order ?

  • Please refer to each individual items product description to determine our current shipping time frames. Please be patient with us while we get out orders as quickly as possible.


     I'm not sure what my size is, what do I do?

    • We use general UK clothing sizing. Please go through our SIZING page, which can also be found on the product page, before you place your order. If you have any other concerns, please email customer service or DM us on TWITTER or INSTAGRAM


    Is it true to size?

    • Yes it is as it is made exactly in your size, provided you choose your correct size. We are known for our perfect fit !


    I want my dikini / UNO bottoms high waisted please
    • Please email us at with your Order No. and let us know. As this is a not so popular request, we decided NOT to put this option on the website. Please note that there is an extra fee for this as it is an alteration to our original design.



    I just bought a gift card, how do I use it on the website please?

    • The gift card would be sent to your email with a code to be copied and used at checkout.


    I selected a specific date I need it by, am I guaranteed to get it on exactly that day?
    • Yes it is likely you will get it that day but, due to the rare occurrence that you may not, you will receive an email from a customer service representative. Please note the specific date is highly unlikely if the order was placed during a sale, but you can email customer service or message us on INSTAGRAM or TWITTER, and, at an express fee, we can help get your order to you at your preferred date.


    I need my order earlier than the specific dates available, is that possible please?

     Yes please, this is possible. Please email customer service or place your order through INSTAGRAM or Twitter and let us know the date you need it by. Please note that there is an express fee for this as it is an express order.


    I am in Ghana, how will my order be shipped?

    • As we are based in Ghana, when your order is ready you will receive a call from a dispatch rider to confirm your delivery location and then it is brought directly to your doorstep. We currently deliver with DHL express. However, if you select the "Pay on Delivery" option, your order will be delivered via an independent dispatch rider 

     What countries do you ship to?

    • We ship worldwide with DHL Express.
    • Delivers in 2-6 business days anywhere in world (except US Army bases)

    Do you accept returns or exchanges?

    • We can only accept returns/exchanges for reasons of our fault, i.e. wrong size sent, damaged product, etc. on unworn items with original tags and packaging. If you have any of these issues above with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. 
    • Due to high demand we DO NOT accept cancellations.
